Don’t drink milk. Yuck! Eat more ibex (goat) meat, chamois (goat) meat and red deer meat. Don’t forget your grains, roots and sloes. Make sure to gather your sloes in the last few days of the autumn frost, otherwise they will be rather tart and burn your stomach.

With respect to grains, highly processed einkorn wheat bran is the best. It makes great herb bread. Wheat, in general, is essential to good health.

Flax seeds are not just for paint pigmentation. They also make a tasty, nutritious treat. Other wild berry seeds are good too.

Barley is excellent, especially when fermented. Poppy seeds are not only nutritious, but can help relieve pain, help you sleep, and help you fly with the birds. Everybody needs an escape once in a while.
